No PO's are available for confirmation

Hi

We are running standalone scenario in SRM 7.0

1. Shopping card is created & approved.

2. PO created & approved.

3. Couple of PO's has been changed & again approved.

But no PO is available for confirmation in any Login ID.

Product category, Org attributes are showing ok.

What could be issue?

Note : There is no Location & Storage lcoation assigned in Org extended attributes as it is standalone scenario.

Hi,

Go to 'Define System Landscape' entries under 'technical basic settings' and ensure only required systems for SRM and ERP are maintained. If there is any additional system entry (which might have come as default entry), please remove the same. This may resolve your issue.

How did you manage to create a PO /SC without plant? answer if you can.curious to know.

add eventually try to add central good recipient role .

1. For consumable procurement, u don't need location in SC or PO. Location is mandetory only in direct procurement scenario.

2. Role SAP_BBP_STAL_RECIPIENT is already assigned to SC creator.

i believe you may not run clean,status jobs also.

only some PO not available for Confirmation or all POs.

have you defined SYS,ACS attribute values of your financial backend systems

Attributes check gived only one error for "LAG", i.e. storage location.

" No documents correspond to search criteria "

There are atleast 10's r in status ordered.

BBP_PD also shows flow control - 5 "Confirmation and Invoice Expected"

In Stanalone scenario Org attribute SYS should be local. Then only related PO's will appear in confirmation scree.

run BBP_CHECK_CONSISTENCY report for your user for Confirmation Business Object.

It gives only error "Application "Confirmation": Define the attribute LAG" which is stirage location.

As confirmed earlier, I don't have storage location as it is Standalone scenario.

For testing just create a location via web and check it up ? hope you could do GR.Wondering how did you create sc without plant.

Hi,

Can you check in the whether there is some default parameter set in the extended attribute search fields. This could be one reason why the system is not throwing any PO for confirmation.
