To start Workflow for HCM processes & forms - Case Mgmt config mandatory?

Hi Guys,

Can you pls tell to start the workflow for HCM processes & forms - Case management config is mandatory? I m getting error regarding case mgmt config to start a process & trigger workflow.

So is there any way by which we can turn off this case mgmt part?

Follow the link and do the config like that. Its an example but the config similiarly.
