Singing and encoding SAP PO message

Hello Experts,

i need to sing the messages in the below format and then need to encode entire signed message into base 64 format.

The below signature should be appended to the xml message.

After appending the signature we need to encode the entire signed message in base 64 encoding and then wanted to send to third party over HTTP adapter with protocol 1.1.

Can someone please give me exact idea how can i achieve this.I have gone through the many post and blogs but not getting exact idea.

As per my understanding i have created dummy SOAP PI receiver and trying to sign the message in ICO (Outbond processing tab) but the signature is in the binary and different form which is not required.
