Customer to BP link missing during the synchronization for migration to S4 HANA 1709

For our system conversion project from ECC 6 to S4 HANA 1709, we have converted customer and vendors to BP, but in the Resolve report and also in the Upgradation report we find the issue which talks about certain list of customers are missing BP link. Rest of the customers have no issues.
