yMKT Onpremise - Guide for inbound integration with social media

Hello,

I need to set up configuration to retrieve posts from Facebook and Twitter to SAP Marketing Onpremise 1709 SP01 in order to use sentiment engagement.

I haven't found any documentation on this but I have read a few foruns that mention the guide "Getting Started with Implementing rapid data load for SAP Hybris Marketing V6.12".

Where can I find this guide? Is this the correct guide for the inbound integration for yMKT onpremise and social posts?
