Quality Inspection - Final Inspection

Hi,

In cement manufacturing i am using PPPI. The scenario is that

I am doing confirmation at end of day so there is one GR and only inspection lot will be created by inspection type 4 (Final inspection). So I can record only one result against that lot. But in actual practice is that they are recording final result of cement after each hour. So how can I cover this scenario through SAP?

You can do it bu assigning inspection type as inprocess inspection to material master and give inspection point as per time by this u can record the reslt after an specific time period this will solve ur problem

Hi

Try inprocess inspection (03 inspection type) and maintain the inspection point for your requirement. Using this do the inspection for each operation.

Activate 03 inspection type for the material to create inprocess inspection lot for recording hourly results.
