The posting with PS KB11N didn't get through to FM.

Dear All,

The posting with PS KB11N didn't get through to FM.

User has posted with Transaction code - KB11N

The posting is not showing in the ZFM01 but it is showing in ZFM05 ofcourse that's not the bigest issue.

The real issue is that the purchase order doesn't see that there is budget available.

Now user want to post to fund for the same amount in FI. The system says there is no any budget available to post the amount, hence think that a transfer was posted as specifeid above. That means that the posting should be show.

Thanks and Regards,

Gopa.

Hi,

From your description it's clear that ZFM01/ZFM05, etc. are your specific user-developed reports. You have to check with your ABAP team, or the person who developed these reports, the logic behind the program and see why certain FM transactions are not shown on this or another report.

Dear Eli,

The real issue here is not with the report ZFM01 the main issue is that the manual repost entered with KB11N (manual repost) is not updating in FM. i.e. the transfer from one Fund to another fund.

The settings fro integrations are also available in tables V_FMCOVR, V_FM01_CO_INTEGR and FMKAFF_CTRL.

Thanks for you help,

Thanks and Regards,

Gopa.

Hi,

What settings do you have in V_FMCOVR? Additionally, you are saying that the problem is not the report, but you mentioned that in other developed report of yours (ZFM05) the posting is shown; so, the posting is in the FM tables, is not it?

Hi,

Why don't you first check whether FM document is created? KB13N (give CO re-posting document number) > Goto > FI/CO Documents. If you see FM document, that means FM is updated. There can be other reasons that budget did not get relieved. Just to name a few: maybe your re-posting posted to an address that shares the same control object with the original address; maybe you reposted to a statistical commitment item; maybe somebody played around with the AVC activation and now you need to reconstruct the budget.

Ming
