How to Split a MT940 file in to Multiple Target files reading the Contents In SAP PI

Hi Experts, I have a Source MT940 File and I want to Split it to Multiple files at Target side as per the Start (:20:) & and End Delimiter (-) and generating the File name as per the Account number ( 2nd row last field ) all as Marked below.

Could you please help me on any Mapping Achiving this without using B2B ADD-On.
