Need Help with Outlook Integration

We have been trying for over one year to get the Outlook Integartion to work on our system. We have been told that the reason for our problems is that our version of MS Outlook isnt compatible with the SBO Add-on. We are using MS Outlook 2007. If SBO is compatible with our version of MS Outlook we hope that someone here at the forum can be able to help us with our problem.

We are running SQL2005 / SAP SBO 2007 A PL49

Outlook integration server is installed on the server and Outlook integeration on client computer.

(Version 8.00.00.49)

Everything looks fine, but when we try to open Default and Company setting (Administration -> Add-ons -> Outlook Integration) we get the following message:

BO2064: Cant read default settings from the database

BO2057: Cant read company settings from the database

When we try to login from MS Outlook we get the following message:

Fault# -2028 from DI API: No matching records found (ODBC -2028)

Microsoft Outlook-integration is not started because the user table isnt updated.

Start Add-on from SAP Business One to update user table.

We will be greatful for any help or hints that can solve our problem.
