Hi Gurus,

Is there anyway to hide the external processing activity so that it is not visible in Project builder as it is not going to be used by the Users ?

thanks in advance

Hi

Select the external processing template and right click from your mouse , one popup window will come in that select Remove from templates.

Thanks

Hi,

There is no hide option as such, if you don't want the external processing activity, remove the control key 'PS02' for the external processing activity in network profile.

But if the network is already created for the network profile, then you can not change, only for new network profile you can maintian that way.

Hi,

I don't there is as such functionality, but only thing you can do is, remove the control key, where they can not create anymore from the config, but it is not advisible to do that........

In the project builder, in the menu setting--> options, you have a option where you can remove the check for individual objects in the template screen.

but not sure whether we can control via authorizations.

Try via authorization control, whether you can restrict the same.
