Need to understand how Analysis office license works on BW4HANA

Hello,

We have BW4HANA.We would like to go with only SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office as front end tool on BW4HANA.If all users have SAP Aalysis for Microsoft office setup file installed in their machine.If all the users BW4HANA access in that case do users should have Analysis for Microsoft office license as well. Right now I have access to BW4HANa and I downloaded SAP Analysis for office from service market place .Now technically I am not using any Analysis for Microsoft office license here as I have access to BW4HANA ,I am able to access my access my BW queries via Analysis for Microsoft office.In the same way if users have BW4HANA access is that enough ? Users just need to install the shared setup file of Analysis for Microsoft office aand they can connect to BW4HANA .

Please clarify this.
