Ware working on CRM 4.0 SP11. We are trying to integrate with third party CTI vendor called Interactive Intelligence. We did all the settings on CRM as mentioned in the blog by John Burton. But we are facing the below problem.
SAP ICI is not sending the integration service the event SOAP messages. We believe that this is a system configuration issue on SAP and that it is currently sending the messages somewhere other than the integration service. The reason for this conclusion is because the workmode radio buttons and dropdown appear on the web client interface. This would not have happened unless SAP received a response on the user's login request.
Their system is not receiving any messages from SAP system.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
