CATS hours and Approved Hours

Hi

I want fetch the data from the cats table for the report purpose like, Employee entered hours and manager Approved hours at the same place. I tried fetching data through CATSDB table but there it stores only the latest/current status of hours like 20, 30,40 etc. once employee enter hours and store it'll go to status 20 and once the manager approves the status will be changed to 30. i want to show the both the hours (Before approved and After approved hours ) in a report. From where i'll get the details of hours??.

We are using ECC 6.0, cProjects with Cats Regular but Time management not implemented.
