Replication with SLT from ECC to Non-SAP system ( Oracle )

Hi

I am working on a requirement where I need to replicate data with SLT from ECC to Oracle DB( Non-SAP ) .

For this scenario do I need to take any extra licence from SAP or the normal SLT licence is sufficient ?

SAP note 2285078 - says to connect to SAP SLT product management team to replicate to Non-ABAP system .

Please clarify whether we need any extra license or need to do with collaboration of SAP team or not.

Could you please suggest SAP note for this SAP to Non-SAP replication scenario apart for the note - 2285078 & 1768805
