logoff the portal

hello:

i want to end my portal session,if i close the broswer,does the portal session still works? i know if i navigates to another location or chooses the Back button, the portal session still works, and i can test those two situations, i navigates to the portal again, and i am already logged on.but the first situation can not be tested by that method.

If you close your browser AND you have not launched any other browser windows from your portal session, then the logon ticket should be destroyed.

now when i navigates to anther location or chooses the back button, i also want to end the portal session, where should i start from? thanks!

You may be able to use the DSM terminator, but it does not always work as expected.

the dsm is complicated for me,can you specify it? what i should do if i want to use the dsm?

and now i have another solution, i hope you can help me

i do not have to end the session after navigating to anther location, the solution is to log off inactive users after a specific time, can you give me some advice?

I'm having problems finding documentation about DSM!

We don't have an inactivity timeout by default in the portal.
