How to Open word or excel in SAP GUI?

Hi all

We implement some program with t-code , there are so many this kind of programs ,our user sometimes puzzle about how to use the program, so they have to find the reference .Can we implement

one button or menu tool in our program and link the corresponding reference from one file server ?

if somebody have solutions or this kind of experience ,please help me.
