Hello - We currently use Peformance Management on an ECC 5.0 system. We want to move it to a different system that is currently running ECC 6.0. So essentially this is an upgrade and replatform all at once. Does anyone have any insight to share with doing this sort of migration? How do we move the appraisals? How do we maintain all the cofiguration and data linkages?
