No download option for Xcelsius Engage 2008 Fix Pack 3 (FP3)

I am having a really bad time with the download site. I am trying to get access to the FixPack 3 download, and using the link provided, I fill out the form using the options of Xcelsius | 2008 | * and I get a couple of pages worth of results HOWEVER the grid is basically empty and not a single one of the results has a download link on it. The first column of the result grid is a single "i" icon, and the second column is just the number "2008" repeated once on each line. Other than that there is nothing in the result grid.

I haven't seen a working download result grid in MONTHS - how can it be that I am the only person seeing this and noone has done anything about resolving it?

Could an SAP employee provide a direct download link so i can get the FixPack without using the search results since they clearly don't work??
