ITS health check

Dear ITS guru,

I need a check list for its.Suppose due to some problem my its server is not working what are the steps i have to check in the server.What are the daily health check for ITS?

As for your issue...what ITS are you using, Integrated or Standalone?

For Integrated:

-check SITSPMON.

-request a standard page that your users would use (ie: webgui).

For Standalone:

-request a standard page that your users would use (ie: webgui).

-install and use the ADM tool.
