MDMGX error - 'RFC to program SAPFTP failed'

Hi Guys,

I am facing an error while executing MDMGX for auto-import. i am downloading files to FTP location but getting an error message 'RFC to program SAPFTP failed'.

FTP user, pwd are correct, i am able to read/write files to Ready folders on that FTP location manually but not through MDMGX.

when i checked connection of RFC destination, its working fine.

Where and What could be the problem?

In other systems i dont get any such error.

kindly put your views on this.

Regards,

Prashant

    Hi Prashant,

Please check the below mentioned points also

    1. Whether it is pointing to the correct server.

    2. Username & Password has been correctly mentioned.

    3. Sometimes you will get this error even if you do not have access to the FTP folder.

    Regards,

    Pramod
