Shopping cart Approver change

Hi

i have created 10 shopping carts. these are all awaiting approval.

but my issue as below.

i would like to change the Approver from XYZ to ABC approver.

rightnow these shoppingcarts are with Approver XYZ.

but i need to approve these shopping carts by approver ABC only instead of XYZ.

so kindly advise me how can i change approver.

kindly suggest me where i should change approvers.please help me.

You can either forward the workitems to the new approver else have the ABC as the substitute for XYZ.

The approval preview after approval will show the one who approved so should not be a issue.

Hello,

You can not.

Approvers are determined according to workflow you use.

If approvers are not the good ones, this means your workflow management is not correct.

As suggested, you will have to forward your workitems to your new approvers using SWIA transaction.

Alternative solution is to maintain substitutes for each of your initial approvers. For this, you can launch RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE transaction. This will allow to new approvers to see workitems without forwarding.
