Change payment terms for customer documents

Hi Guys,

Is it possible to change for several customer documents the payment terms?

I tried to do using FBL5n but I couldn`t do it.

I do not have system right now. If you are sure that the payment terms are not in mass change, then you need to see other options like BDC or LSMW through FB02.

Hi Guys,

I had already done this modification, I am able to do the change.....but I want to do a "mass change"....

The question is regarding a "mass change"....

Does anyone know it is possible?

Hi,

You can do the mass change in FBL5N.

Please select the line items you would like change (Open items). You will see a small check box against each document number.

Then click on mass change button - Please see mass change button available.

Give the payment terms that you want change.

Say OK

Hi,

In addition to above you need to define the change rule for line item, not for header, add the field BSEG-ZTERM with required account type e.g. K and your company code.

Path: IMG>financial accounting>Financial Accounting Global Settings>Documents>Rules for changing documents>document change rules,Line Item.

It is OB32

SPRO ==> FA (New) ==> FA BAsic settings (New) ==> Document ==> Rules for changing document ==> Document Change Rules, Document Header

I dont think you have an option to do mass changes to customer documents. Their is only a mass reversal option but not mass change in customer documents

Payment Terms can be changed , Please go to SPRO field change option and add the payment term field
