how to assign Questionnare ( Activity ) to target group in Campaign Managem

1)How to create Activity Tempalte in Marketing

2) Questionnaire is designed . Now want to create Activity for Target group assigned in Campaign .Then Questionnaire will be filled by Repsondent . Slaes reprentetive will visit to Customer .

3)Then Lead will be generated for Traget Group on basis of questionnaire .

How it will work ?

3) How to automate all this process in Campaign Automation ?

Hi ,

You could assign the Activity Template to the Target Group in the Campaign Management .

The following are the steps :

> Create a Activity Template in the Activity Transaction.

In the Activity screen go to Extras --> Templates --> Create

Fill the basic data in the Activity like Descrition , Direction , Dates , Status , Reason , Questionniare ...and Save the Template . The Activity Template number will be generated . Remember the number .

> The Activity Template has to be attached in the Campaign in the 'Channels ' Tab in the ' Transaction Template ' area .

Once you execute the Campaign you have to select the Communication Method 'Email + Activity '

then Emails will be sent and Activities will be created for the Target Group BPs .

I have created the templete but when i am assigning template in Campaign ,

its showig message :--> " no result found in search criteria " after following procedure provided by you .

Now my question 1) " is it mandetory create Activity Template in Capmign ?"

2) In communication Medium if i assign " Activity Transaction & assign questionnaire to transaction " will i able to generatet Activity for Target Group .

Hi ,

You will not get the drop down you need to enter your created ACtivity ID in the Transaction field .

This is one of the menthod to generate the Activities from the TG execution . IF you choose this method yes I would see this step is mandatory .

You can always has the choice to choose the methods with respect to your business need .
