For Every Form u have a Z.Tcode or U can Assign Form in Nace.

This can be done by using transaction NACE or table TNAPR.

If you know the application and output type then it will be easy to identify the program name for fiven form name.

Hi,

If the script is an Application related (Billing, Shipping or Purchase order etc.,) & if u know the Output type name, then u can check in Transaction NACE or Table TNAPR.
