Hi
I'm using CRM 2007 and Microsoft Outlook 2003 SP2.
When I click on the synchronise activities and contacts with Groupware button to synchronise MS Outlook and the SAP Calendar a pop-up is displayed from MS Outlook telling me that a program is trying to access email addresses I have stored in MS Outlook and asking me if I should allow this. It also gives me the option to allow access for a time period.
Is it possible to suppress this pop-up and allow access by default? I understand I should not get this message if the synchronization software is a trusted add-in that can properly identify itself to Outlook as a safe program. Does this mean that SAP's synchronisation software is not a trusted add-in? Is there a work around available?

Hi
You can supress the pop-up using third-party free software ClickYes

I tried making the SAP synchronization software a trusted Add-In by adding the file Sapcalex.ecf to the MS Outlook Add-In Manager. I did this by going to MS Outlook Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options > Add-In Manager > Install..
However despite this, the popup message is still there when I go to synchronize the SAP calendar with MS Outlook.
Has anyone been able to successfully turn this off?
