Delete Aggregates

Hi,

I want to delete aggregates from the cubes in Production environment. So is there any perticular time I can do this i.e. can I delete when the data loads & roll up are going on? Also pls tell me what all care I need to take when deleting the aggregates in the production? Also is there any FM for deletion?
