BPC Web Client error using SAML

Hi,

We have configured SAML based SSO authentication using an IdP for logging into BPC web browser based client.

While the login is successful, the users are getting an error while changing the environment from one region to another. The error seems to be specific to accessing the web client using the internet explorer.

The error message is 'to display the web page again, the web browser needs to resend the information you have previously submitted'

If you were making a purchase, you should click Cancel to avoid the duplicate transaction. Otherwise, click Retry to display the webpage again

Sorry, but

If you were making a purchase, you should click Cancel to avoid the duplicate transaction. Otherwise, click Retry to display the webpage again

How it's related to BPC?

Hi Vadim,

I am just hoping if anyone in BPC space come across similar error with BPC web client while using SAML based SSO approach which seems to be specific to IE as a browser.

Hi Naresh,

I am facing the same issue with HANA XS SAML SSO as well. Once I retry the SSO works fine but it always come initially when i load the browser.

Were you able to solve this error ?

The issue is not resolved yet while using Internet Explorer as the browser.
