f1 help

Hi expert ,

I need to create my own f1 help for my own documentation for an example i have a field phno , if the user clicks f1 on it . This will go to display some information regarding to that phno like , it should not contain any alphapets only numbers like .

If any one have a idea to this one , let me know it step by step .

Hi sourav ,

In that link thomas said that

go into change mode on the Data Element and press the Documentation button. From this editor, you can maintain the documentation that will appear in the F1 Help Dialog

this means what how should i follow this step ,

becoz i m very new to webdynpro abap

I got those steps , it ll not displayed in the runtime while i press f1 on that corresponding inputfield

what should i do?
