Is anyone else having issues with RPRCCC_MC_CDF3_V2 ?

Our ECC 6.0 System was recently updated from EHP 7 Support Stack 13 to 16, which included SAP's replacement of RPRCCC_MC_CDF3 with a new _V2 version. Since the upgrade/replacement, we have had files get rejected with cryptic messages and worse yet files are processed by the pgm with blocks of transactions are being bypassed. We were successfully using the non _V2 version for several years to upload our company's BAML Master Card receipt files 6 times a week. We can only find two OSS messages about the _V2 program, merely stating it replaces the prior now obsolete version.

We are 4 years behind you in updating our ERP system from Support Stack 09 to 17.
And we have learned the new RPRCCC_MC_CDF3_V2 that uses simple transformations to lift the data from the xml files from BAML and other Master Card companies around the world.
Now having issues with the TRMC_VEHICLE_RENTAL_DETAIL_ADD_ATTR and not being able to receive the files.
Looking at the properties for /1SAI/SASEAE063A4E56C9E3D1A91 it seems that I have last updated that transformation the same day as SAP created it. I have not been part of the upgrade or SPAU work.
I have run the program RPRCCC_MC_CDF3_V2 but not done any changes via STRANS, SE80 or the connected proxy structures visible in TC SE11.
Does RPRCCC_MC_CDF3_V2 do something in the first run ?

Please SAP - could you a little more specific when you throw this error
