How to get pay grade by giving employee number as input?

Can any one please help me in getting the Payscale grade and how to get the performance rating details for the past years?

Hi Prasad,

Please check RHHAP_DISPLAY_DB thro' Se38 for Performance rating. Using the appraisal document ID you will be able to check the rating.

Not very sure though. Lets wait to get more inputs from others.

Payscale garde .. do u mean for eaxample if the grade of an employee is M01..

then wat u can do is create M as Group and level as 01. Check table T510.

In T510 maintain M as PS Group and Level as 01.

Hi all,

use the standard function module for the pay grade, job, position, organizatin unit and text and pay garde from:HRWPC_RFC_EP_READ_GENERALDATA

Pass the employee number and current date.

Can you elaborate your query a bit more as right now its not making much sense abt what you are looking for.

But I will try to respond as per my understanding of your query,

You can get Payscale grade for an employee from IT0008.
