EKPO not updated

Dear Gurus,

My user has created contract. I am able to view unit rates of all the items in "Display" mode of contract (ME33k). In EKPO table, for the same items of same contract, sysem is showing "0" (zero) unit rates. For all other contracts,such problem is not there. What may be the reason for EKPO not getting updated?

We have developed some Z transactions and Z reports by retrieving data from EKPO. Now all those are not working or showing wrong information.

Could you give me any clue?

What shall I do now to see that EKPO is updated?

If in the case EKPO not updated for NETPR then you should check condition record created for the contract item.

Run MEK3 for checking cond record. If it is not maintained then you would have to maintain it maually or you can make some minor temporary changes in contract so that system will actuate the conditions in condition record.

Try this way and let me know the progress if any...

First try making some dummy changes to the price in the contract like increasing & decreasing the price by 1 unit. If this did not solve the problem, use the program RM06ENP1 to update the contract price. This should work.

at what field in EKPO are you looking?

NETPR field.

In addition to that no other field related to unit rate got updated.

please read OSS Note 685117 - Net Price in Info Record or Contract is wrong

There is probably nothing wrong with your contract. contract have time-dependend conditions. you just need to run report RM06ENP0 to get the current prices into the EKPO-NETPR field.
