Error on enable Time and Labour Management scope after system live

Hello,

I would like to get advise as I have just enabled Time and Labour Management, Compensation, Payroll in project scope after system live. It seems system does not recognise Employee Data in Time Administration and no employee show.

Please inform back configuration need.

Hello Toom,

In order to proceed with the configuration of the time administration, you will need to configure time models, and assign them to the employees. Also it is recommended that you check the configuration for time types and time accounts in the activity list.

You can find detailed guidance on the help center of the system, and also check the KBA 2512272 - Frequently Asked Questions in Time Administration, which covers some common scenarios of the time configuration.

Could you please check this, and, if the issue persists, provide some more details on which settings of the system you have changed?

Dear Leonardo,

Time model, Time type, Time account has been set up.

Earlier scope of my system did have Personnel Administration but did not have Time Administration, Travel and Expenses, Compensation. Then, after I enabled them up when I go to Time Administration > Employee, there is no employee show up except a employee hired after enable HCM scope. But Personnel Administration show all employees. So, all employees hired before enable HCM scope did not active in Time Administration.

Does it need additional step or back-end trigger from support?

Can you please let us know , Where the system does not recognize Employee in Time Management ?

Dear Sikindar,

We have just enable scope of HCM after system live for a year. But we can not see any Employee in Time Administration > Employee screen. We also cannot migrate existing data using template as it will allow only new record.

We are planning to use Time recording and Travel & Expense for employee but not success on configuration yet.
