Thanks forthe reply. My case is little different I guess. I have the following scenario- under consideration-blue printing yet to start.

Over all ownership lies with the Group company- XXXX- .

Separate division under it which has 6 plants for manufacturing of Finished products for sales to retail/branches. Out of which 3 has Rectified spirit as input & the other 3 has Rectified spirit as Output which are supplied to the other 3 plants as input raw material. finished goods(multiple brands of whiskey/rum/gin) are batch managed.

They employ own staff also outside agency to deliver the procducts all over .

Group company bills to the consumers after supply and there is also direct cash sales where_in sales guys take the material in vehicles and roam place to place and deliver the product to customers without sales order also.

They want three company codes , one for handling all the Delivery/transport part ( new addition for all transport related handling). yyyyy--

one for production units ( eclusive)-zzzz-

one for the group company( original group compny-head office)-xxxx

The delivery agency though planned as a compny code does not have ownership of the products other than delivery on behalf of XXXX company code .

How do I map?
