How I can evaluate a survey without business warehouse in Web UI?

Hi everbody,

I have created a survey with the application Leads in WebClient. I sent this survey with an e-mail campiagn to my business partner and the answers come back. Now, I want to evaluate the surveys without business warehouse in Web UI . When I evaluate my survey than the message "No data is available for evaluation" opens. I tested a new survey with the application Leads and I can open the evaluate page, but there are no answers. I checked the sap node "710285 - CRM survey evaluation does not display any data" and the configuration guide "CRM Lead Management (C37)" (point 3.4).

Has anybody an idea to solve this issue?

Hello Anja,

there is no Survey Evaluation Report within the WebUI, but there is one available inside the GUI under the crm_survey_suite transaction. To evaluate a Survey without a BW System, you need to tick the "Evaluation Without Business Information Warehouse" Checkbox inside the Survey Attributes. The scenario should be the same if the Survey is also sent out as an URL via Mail.

A small technical hint, you can check Function Module: CRM_SVY_EVALUATION_SHOW which determines the Survey Evaluation Data, just enter the Application, Survey GUID, Version and needed Language, this should also show the Survey Data to evaluate.
