it's possible to use mail forms in connection with support team determination in SolMan 7.1?
I configured Support team determination with BRF+ and it sends mails using smart forms. In action definition AI_SDK_DETERMINE_SUPPORT_TEAM, and i have removed the smartform parameter and added the parameter for mail forms but it's not working, Is there any chance to use mailforms in this context?
