PS & APO integration

Dear friends ,

In our project we are planning to use APO with ps module ,

In APO to running schedule they require MRP type Xo but in R3 we use PD for project MRP

in material master. so how to over come this problem ?

Hi

You can very well use MRP type X0 for project also, MRP type only used for planning purpose. It has nothing to do with project. If you want integration between ECC and APO you must use MRP type X0.

Hi Sandip,

If the planning is done in APO , then planning (i.e MRP) needs to be excluded in ECC . As per standard MRP type X0 excludes MRP in ECC. MRP type PD can not be used if material requirements are planned in APO irrespective of whether the materials are assigned to WBS or sales order.
