Hi,

I have created a tollerence limit for a controlling area and budget profile combination and given action as information message and mail to repective person but i am not knowing where to link the user id with it so that user can receive mail. Could any one please guide me how to link the user id.

Hi Satish,

You have to maintain the SAP User id in OPS6 for the Column "Office User" and can trigger mail to the Person responsible for the Project. Check this & give ur feedback.

Hi,

I want to block user to be blocked from planning cost using CJR2 for current fiscal year. Is there any setting where we can block the user to plan cost?

Auth Object : "C_PRPS_KOK", action 23 "to restrict cost planning" for user.

If you need to block the user only for CJR2 and only for current fiscal year then it should be a zee object.
