My apologies if this is in the wrong forum.
We're been using CR for a few years and we are in the process of migrating our Act database from v6 to Act 2009 Premium edition. I'm presently re-writing all the CR reports and have come across a problem which we aren't really sure how to handle: CR will pull deleted records into reports, but when we lookup the same records in Act we don't see them (since they have been deleted). Obviously this is throwing off our numbers.
Our Act database (which is running on top SQL 2005) is re-indexed weekly.
Is there a setting or some kind of criteria that we're missing that will force Crystal into ignoring the deleted records, or alternatively, can someone point me in the correct direction in how to pack/purge the database removing the deleted records?
