regarding SAP workflow

Hi Team

user requirement islike we need to change the order in the list:

the list comes from swia log there we can see the information button after seeing the log

so we will diplay all the names in the list.

Kindly let me know how we can change the order in the list.

i have checked in OOCU_RESP tcode and went to the rule and changed there but its not reflecting in the Information tab.

    Hi,

    What is your information need and on what criteria does it need to be sorted?

    SWIA is normally used to forward workitems to different users, or to complete workitems manually it is not intended to be used as a report.

    For information about dialog workitems you should use SWI5
