Error occured while trying to access Exit interview under MSS

Hi,

I have assigned a test user id and tried to test the MSS part of an employee checking the exit interview ( to check whether all employees of that PA is getting displayed under that Manager's Exit interview list) the below error occured:

The following error text was processed in the system GXX : Exception condition "USRID_IS_NOT_IN_ADMINISTRATORS" raised.

The error occurred on the application server sapgop_GXX_34 and in the work process 1 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE
