Cycle counting Error

Hi Gurus,

we were trying to issue 2 parts ( A & B) to the next assembly. They are a HALB material type on hand as project stock. There were some problems with engineering review of these components so we reversed issue them. But messed up the on hand inventory picture. In the effort to correct mistake we tried to cycle count them out of inventory. When I get to the last write off transaction which is LI21, I get the following message.

1) No material doc was created.

2)Maintain serail number for total quanity.

3)Deficit of project stock 1 each.

I do not know if all three are messages are in reference to write off or not?

The total stock rt now is

material A is 2 in Bin 999

Material B is 4 in Bin 999

So where should i enter the serail number info in cycle count?And how to clear the 999 Bin?

Hello,

Run program RLLI2100 in se38 and choose errors foreground ( otherwise you wont get the serial no. screen)

This should then ask for the serial no.
