SAP Support check list

Hi Friends ,

Is it any daily/ Weekly check list is their related to SAP-MM for large support projects . other wise wat are the daily routine activity related to SAP-MM other than reciveing the tiecket in support project .

hi

in support project apart from recieving ticket and closing the ticket is the main.(within the agreed SLA)
