Stock In Transit details with material document number & date

Hi All,

Is there any report where i can get intransit stock for a material with PO No, 351Material Document number & date, Material, Qty, Value directly for the input of plant/material.

In standard MB5T Report we are getting the details of intransit stock but 351Material Document number & date are not appearing in the output. When we select the line item & then click on purchase order history then we are getting details regarding 351 material document & date. If there are multiple records in the output, then we need to select each individual line item & click on details to get the output.

Please let us know if there is any report to get these details directly or if there is any standard enhancement available.

Dear Srinivas,

The report ME2L can help you with your requirement. In ME2L selectiobn criteria enter the 'Plant as a Vendor' code in the Vendor field, Receiving plant in the Plant field, document type which is used by you for Stock transfers in Document type field. You will get all the relevant Purchase orders in the Output. You will also get how much is still to be delivered in the receiving plant against the Purchase Order. Hope this will solve your requirement.

No such transaction is available in standard SAP. You need to create Z8 transaction for your organisation

explain your reqirement in detail. what do u mean by stock in transit in ur case.... any movement type in perticular....

Hi,

Stock In Transit means when material is transfered from one plant to other through STO. Movement type is 351 from issuing plant & 101 at receiving plant. We want to find list of materials for a plant which are in transit i.e. Goods Issue(Mvt:351) is done at issuing plant but Goods Receipt(Mvt:101) is not done at receiving plant.

Hi,

MB5T is answer for your question. MB5T is the report of stock in transit i.e. it shows the list of pending GR's in receiving plant.

did u find solution for your problem as i am also i need of same such report and i am initial stages of the report .doing case study to develop the report.
