Unable to view print preview / print of Dunning letters

Hi,

Dunning letters are getting selected in the dunnig list however we are unable to view the same in print preview / or take print. Configuration regarding assignment of dunning forms to dunning procedure is complete. Pls let me know what could be the issue ?

Hello,

Please check whether you have right authorizations.

You need to have authorization for SP02 transaction code.

Take SU53 screen shot and submit to your security team.

check the authorization. put su53 transaction and check for the missing authorization.
