License alerting in Solution Manager

Hello Gurus,

I would like to know if is there any specific alert on Solution Manager that allows us to monitor the expiration of licenses in the SAP Instances and Database?

We have had some system down situations in the DB related to this issue so I would like to know if we have the possibility to monitor kind of problem

I appreciate any help about it.

Perhaps you can use Solution Manager Change Management Work Center. There is Licence Management task in it. There you can see status of all your SAP licenses and maintenance certificates.

Thanks for pointing to the "License Management", which is available as of SolMan 7.0 EhP1 (SPS 400 SP18).

It shows the status, but it does not provide an active alerting.

Thanks for the information guys, we'll investigate further in the Change Management Work Center functionality from Solution Manager, we'll verify the version that we have right now.

Not that I'm aware of.

I've looked around for a bit, and I don't see any expiration dates of licenses coming in back within solman.

Perhaps if you are able to configure it in ccms, you should be able to integrate that monitor in solman.
