Scheduling and emailing WebI reports as PDF attachments

I am running V12 of WebI and XI R3 of the Central Management Console. What type of configuration do I need to set up in order to e-mail out WebI reports once I set them up on the scheduler? I'm guessing there's someplace to establish default SMTP settings, but I can't locate any usuable documentation.
