Problem in creating TO for warehouse managed material in Subcontracting

Hi all,

I am doing a subcontracting process for a warehouse managed material. After generating PO, the outbound delivery has also been created successfully. However, when creating TO using ME2O, it is throwing an errorthat there are no materials to pick. There is enough material in the plant for issue to the subcontractor. Relevant shipping data has also been maintained. Please help.
