Hello all, please can you help me with this information?

I have two users belonging to a purchasing organization and I need that one of these users can do good receipt for all other users always that a SC been created for this purchasing organization.

I put in the purchasing organizational level attribute US for one user and with the other I created a SC. When I create the SC good recipient as default was the user that creates the SC and if I drill down the options, I have the other user as option to select as good recipient.

Is there the correct functionality to good receipt on behalf?

It better to give the central recepient role. This will be easier an simple.

Hi Rosa,

The Requisitoner Attribute is for setting some one else(A person or an org. unit) as Requester. This means in case you want some one to create shopping cart (Requisition) on their behalf.

Now when you maintain the P.Org in the Requisitioner attribute for all the users under that P.Org then all those users can shop on behalf of other users in that P.Org.

However they can select only one Goods receipient either the person himself / herself or the person for whom he/she shopping on behalf of.

In case all the user under that P.Org should post confirmations / Goods Receipts on any one's behalf then they should have Central Recipient role.

Please let us know in case of any further clarifications.

Ok! sorry Teja I don´t understand very well, I will send you an example and try to understand with it.

I have purchasing organization A and B and have users A1 and B1. User A1 belongs to purchasing organization A and B1 to B.

I put in purchasing organization A in the field requisitioner USB1 (user B1)

Then when user A1 creates a shopping cart for purchasing organization A, he/she can see in field good recipient drop list user B1 as an option to put as good recipient? user B1 can do a good receipt for purcahsing organization A for any way?
