Update was terminated while saving Sales Order.

Hello Folks!

I have a got a problem while creating a sales order.

When i am putting one material at line level, I am getting a message " Material xxx has exactly one outline aggreement/contract xxxxx".

After that when user is trying to save the document, he is getting a message as "Update was terminated ".

why this is so coming..

please help me to understand this Issue.
