Setting up track in NWDI for Mobile 7.1

Hello,

I have been told you can use NWDI on NW 7.0 with Mobile 7.1. I need to create a track but I cannot find any direct documentation regarding the creation of a track for Mobile 7.1. I have found one for creating one for CE 7.1 and I believe I might have run past references in the Mobile 7.1 help pointing to the CE track documentation. Would it be the same? My concern is the SC buildtime dependencies and any other setup I might have to perform. I would appreciate any assistance on this.
